My son just loved this for Bfast.. I like the idea of pie filling a lot! Thanks for another alternative for Bfst during the school week! Amber

Delicious! I used the apple filling, and we really enjoyed it. I think I might also try it with strawberries next time. Thanks for sharing!

Made these for my boys for breakfast. I used bananas and followed the recipe as written. We all enjoyed them. Made for Family Picks ZWT5.

This would probably be a good recipe for a young cook, to contribute to a family meal or to prepare as a snack, although maybe without the added sugar. I used 8-inch tortillas, for easier flipping, with manzana bananas. The serving size is a little small, so I think you would need something else to go with it, as dessert or certainly as breakfast.

What a maravilloso treat this was for breakfast today. I went with the banana option and it was so tasty. I used Splenda brown sugar mix but otherwise kept to the recipe. It tasted like I was eating dessert for breakfast but without the calories being all that bad. Made for the Chow Hounds Team on ZWT5.

I used the apple, but my kids didn't like them. I did! And I will try these again with bananas and maybe other fruits. Thank you for posting! Made for Bevy Tag.

I had some leftover flat mountain bread so used that to make this with banana, I just spread with cream cheese & then sprinkled with some vanilla sugar I had in the pantry, topped with mashed banana & the a sprinkle of cinnamon. Brekky was ready in just a few mins, great recipe, thanks Diner!

What a great kid-friendly breakfast. . .thanks for a great recipe we will make again. I think strawberries with bananas would be excellent in here as well. I did add extra vanilla which tasted great. Made for Veg*n Swap #3. THANKS

What an enjoyable & easy way to do up some quesadillas! Got to admit that I changed things a bit here, even though the basic recipe is GREAT! I mixed in almost 3 tablespoons of a chocolate-fudge-&-peanut butter dip that I had left over (originally for pretzels) with the cream cheese misture, & had a WONDERFUL SNACK! Thanks for sharing the recipe, & I WILL be making these another time as indicated! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Beverage Tag]

These are so absolutely fantastic Dreamer. I used apples also, but next time am going the banana route. I think a bit of p.b. could be involved for more fanatastic results. Came home from driving school bus and needed a quick snacky. Hit the spot. Loved the tart-ness of the apple and the sweetness of the creamcheese/brownsugar/vanilla combo. 5+ stars.....love quesa's anyway I can get-em..

Delicious! And fun! Had savory quesadillas followed by these for dessert. I used tart apples, skin off and did these on baking stones in the oven. Gobbled right up by everyone! Thanks Dreamer.
