The grilled fish spree continues. Here is one we liked. The tuna turned out moist and very flavorful.

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the first 5 ingredients.
  2. Brush mixture onto the tuna steaks.
  3. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.

This was a great recipe. We used it on cod & grilled it on foil. It turned out fantastic. I did cut the cayenne down to 1/4 tsp (for me not my husband) & it was just about the right heat. DH would have eaten it if it had 1 T in it. Thanks so much for a quick & easy recipe that tastes good too. Looking forward to trying it on tuna.

Easy to put together and great for a last-minute fix (no marinating at all). I liked the flavor and the hint of spicy. My husband accidently overcooked the tuna (and I had flecks of grill paint on mine) but we will have an opportunity to try again because I will make this again.

Great combination of flavors! I spread the mix on Yellow Tail and grilled and it turned out fabulous. Just the right amount of spices to compliment the fish. Thanks for a great recipe!
