This is really just for the marinade.
- 1 1⁄2 lbs flank steaks
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Mix marinade ingredients and add flank steak, marinate 4-8 hours. Grill on high heat 5-6 minutes per side for medium rare. Let rest 5 minutes and slice thin along the bias with a sharp knife.
Wonderful marinade for flank steak!! I put the steak in about 1 pm and started grilling it around 6:30 and it was very flavorful. I served it with baked potatoes, green beans and your Cheese Muffins. Made for a wonderful meal enjoyed by us all. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for Spring PAC 2010.
