Grilled Flank Steak

This produces a very tender juicy steak. A baked potato is a nice side. Marinate for at least 4 hours.

This was a wonderful marinade for our flank steak tonight- very flavorful and made with ingredients I always have on hand in the pantry. With the flank steak I served potato salad, Merlot's marinated cole slaw and corn on the cob for a very yummy start-of-summer dinner. Thanks for posting this, MizzNezz- I'll be using it again!

  1. Combine marinade ingredients.
  2. Pour over steak and let marinate for at least 4 hours (overnight is fine).
  3. Turn a few times.
  4. Broil over hot charcoal for 5 minutes each side.
  5. Slice steak in thin pieces.
  6. Make sure you cut against the grain.
