I haven't grilled the peppers yet, I used NM Hatch peppers. I have stuffed them and wrapped them in foil.The recipe is simple and good. I used ground turkey and added packaged taco seasoning to the meat while cooking. The filling is sturdy and holds together well. It tastes real good too.
This is my kind of recipe! I halved the recipe with no problems. I used poblano peppers, and this was just delicious. I did throw some chopped fresh jalapenos into the mixture before stuffing the peppers. Served with rice and home-made refried beans. YUM!
