Omg....this was so good, officially adding to my favs! Thank you Bobby Flay....marinade Will be used on chicken thighs. Great recipe.
This was REALLY good! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars i that I was looking forward to some peach flavor, but I found the balsamic vinegar overwhelmed the other ingredients. Next time I may cut it down to 1/4C of balsamic. The changes I made this time were to cut the olive oil down to 4T rather than 1/2C, and to use 1/2t dried thyme. I marinated for 7 hours, grilled the chicken, and boiled the sauce to serve over the breasts. I'm thinking leftovers tomorrow will be YUMMY over a bed of spinach.... Thanks for sharing!
Good Flavor. Used apricot preserves and added it in with all the ingredients. Lots of flavor. The nutrition facts have to be incorrect however. 40g of fat for one serving - no way!
This was a really great recipe. I subbed agave nectar for the honey and nonfat plain yogurt for the olive oil for a healthier version. The marinade was so tasty I reserved a little for sauce as another reviewer had suggested and simmered it a few minutes before pouring over the grilled chicken. I served this with Balsamic Roasted Squash and Vegetables, balsamic roasted vegetables. Very yummy!
This marinade is so awesome, even my finicky 15 year-old daughter loves it and now requests it! I use peach infused balsamic vinegar when I have it to enhance the peach flavor. Over-ripe peaches work best and marinade for 24 hours minimum! Yummy!
Mmmmm, this made for a wonderful warm evening meal. We paired it with orzo in a cream sauce, cucumber salad, and sangria and it was awesome! I highly recommend this for anyone in the mood for a sweet, grilled main course...it will satisfy your tastebuds. :)
I found the marinade to be too good to discard, so I brought it to a boil and simmered it, then used it as a sauce over the cooked breast. Delicious.
