      Wow, was this good. We really enjoyed the chicken prepared and cooked this way. I did marinate the chicken breasts for two days, resulting in a delicious flavored chicken. I layered the thinly sliced chicken in a fresh italian bun with ripe sweet tomatoes and slices of sweet onion. It was excellent. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. Made for Fall/Pac/09 :)
