  1. Pound chicken to 1/4" thickness.
  2. Place cheese on top of chicken; roll up tightly.
  3. Wrap bacon slice around chicken roll up, covering exposed cheese and stretching to fit. Secure with a toothpick.
  4. Cook on grill 15 to 20 minutes, basting with dressing and turning frequently until chicken is done.
