Amazingly simple and delicious! I did not want to stand out in the cold and grill this, so I pan fried it and basted it in the marinade as it cooked. It was fantastic! Rich, caramelized coating and juicy inside. I will make this again... and often. Great recipe! Thanks for the post.
I was looking for a quick marinade for some chicken that I was grilling for salads. This made for very tasty grilled chicken! I marinated 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts for about an hour and a half. This is a good quick marinade to make with ingredients that I usually have on hand. Thank you for posting!
