Great sauce! And it is so convenient that it doesn't have to marinate to bring out the great flavors. Thanks for sharing!

This just didn't do anything for me. I couldn't really taste anything except the mint.

The sauce makes the chicken!! Made the sauce an hour before dinner - and I think it gave even more great taste!! Added lots of fresh mint and ... forgot the green onions!! Thanks Boomette! :)

I selected this recipe because I loved the sound of the ingredients, not because it was a BBQ recipe. I've never BBQ'd and I suspect I'm unlikely ever to do so. I pan-fried the chicken in an electric frypan, and it cooked up very well to our satisfaction, both moist and flavoursome. I was quite mystified by the discarding of the unused sauce which was cucumberless, so, since it was so delicious with so many wonderful flavours superbly blended, I simply added some extra cucumber and used it all. Too bad, I thought if someone thinks that there is too much sauce, Everyone was commenting on how delicious the sauce was, so I really don't think that in fact this was an issue. I used Greek yoghurt as that is what I always use. This is a recipe I'll also be happy to use again. Thanks for sharing it Boomette! Made for Newest Zaar Tag.
