I wasn't really sure what to expect from this recipe, and unfortunately I didn't get much. It wasn't bad, I just didn't taste much flavour in the meat (I used chicken breast). I marinated for a bit over 2 hours and then grilled over indirect heat for about 40-50 minutes. There was a bit of flavour, however in general it was a bland recipe and we all ended up using barbecue sauce. Sorry, please let me know if I missed something and I'll gladly try again as I hate giving a bad review!
I tried it with lamb, since I didn't have chicken, and it was awesome! So easy to make and so good at the same time!
