      When I bake chicken breasts I almost always use at least 4 so that I have some for another meal or two, & since I did just that here (using 2 left-over breasts), this recipe (cut in half) was a snap to put together! I really enjoy working with a recipe that includes uncooked spinach, & here the combo of fruits made for A VERY TASTY SALAD & a keeper recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed just for the 'halibut!']

      I am the world's pickiest eater and I absolutley LOVED this salad!!! It was so fresh with the fruit in there. I would have never thought to put all those ingredients together. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

      My family really loved this. The combination of cranberries and grapes was delicious. I did add some toasted slivered almonds to give it some "crunch".

      We really enjoyed this. I didn't have dried cranberries or green onions on hand, but this dish didn't seem to be lacking in any way. Perfect summer meal. Thanks!
