This was a perfect solution to the problem of what to make for dinner tonight. We made a few changes due to allergies and availability, using whole-grain wheat bread, Bartlett pear, and good quality feta cheese. It was simply amazing!! My fiance, our roomie and I all loved this easy, quick light dinner. While we've always known how wonderfully feta and pear go together, we had never thought to use them in this type of way until I stumbled across this great recipe. *Thank you* for sharing!
