This is how my husband cooked several heads of cabbage for the Christmas party for our businesses. It is delicious! Cooking time is a guesstimate!

- Core the cabbage and leave whole.
- Put the stick of butter into the hole.
- Lay the 6 slices of bacon over the top of the cabbage.
- Wrap the cabbage in foil.
- Cook on the grill/smoker until it is soft.
- Unwrap and place on a platter or in a bowl.
- Slice it into bite sized pieces.
