This was good. I used seasoning salt instead of regular salt and cut mine in 4 wedges. Next time I would cut them a lot smaller as mine took over two hours to cook.

We absolutely love this way of preparing cabbage. Four of us polished off a whole head of cabbage and were looking for more. I was absolutely craving it the next day. --- That said, as long as it lasted, we liked this best with a somewhat sweet & mildly spicy red wine vinegar vinaigrette that I tossed together - just 'to taste'. It was so amazing on this cabbage. But this recipe as is? So easy! So yummy, both with and without the dressing, but we did like it with that sweet and spicy dressing even more....!!!

Uses an offbeat cooking method and instead of one per foil pack, I placed four wedges. Quite enjoyable wtih a side benefit of gastronomic proportions.

Wife and I liked this recipe a whole lot. Never really had cabbage before, this was very tasty, and very easy to make.

Love cooking the WHOLE meal on the BBQ. This was a great veggie. I did add some other spices though like garlic powder and terragone. Thanks Carrie A

Terrific way to enjoy cabbage! Wonderful on the side with some grilled steak or chicken and potatoes. I'll be making this a lot this summer. Thanx for sharing.
