  1. Cut cabbage in eighths.
  2. Place each piece of cabbage on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around entire piece of cabbage to leave no openings.
  3. Before closing foil and 1 tablespoon of butter to each piece of cabbage and salt and pepper to taste. Wrap in foil, make sure there are no punctures in foil.
  4. Place on grill and left cook for 30 minutes or until tender, not mushy -- enjoy.

This was good. I used seasoning salt instead of regular salt and cut mine in 4 wedges. Next time I would cut them a lot smaller as mine took over two hours to cook.

Uses an offbeat cooking method and instead of one per foil pack, I placed four wedges. Quite enjoyable wtih a side benefit of gastronomic proportions.

Wife and I liked this recipe a whole lot. Never really had cabbage before, this was very tasty, and very easy to make.
