Grilled Broccoli

"Broccoli cooked on the grill is a great way to get a nutty explosion in your mouth. I put this together myself when I couldn't find any broccoli on the grill recipes that seemed appealing."

  1. This is the only recipe that I've found for broccoli on the grill, and what a great one it is! It's really nice during the summer when we don't want to heat up the kitchen. Thanks for the great recipe.

  2. This is fantastic! I kept eating it raw (and I don't really like raw broccoli) it was so good. I've been thinking there must be a way to grll broccoli and, as this was the only fresh vegetable in the house tonight, I was thankful to find this recipe. Went a little less than a tablespoon on the salt and it was almost too salty. But then I didn't have a very large head of broccoli. I will definitely make this one again. Thanks!

I like to find recipes that are great tasting but aren't too complicated. I love using the crock pot and finding comfort foods that are do-able. I have found some great recipes in The Complete Crockpot Cookbook by Wendy Louise and in Best of the Best from Louisiana.
