I really enjoyed this! I used ciabatta buns and made exactly as directed. I really liked the drizzle of olive oil and the coarse sea salt was a great finish. I didn't rub the garlic on the bread too much because I didn't want it to be too strong for the rest of my family. We had this with Lemon Roasted Chicken. Made for Went to the Market. I toasted my bread under the broiler, rubbed with garlic and then used grape tomatoes. An easy and tasty snack! Thanks Lauralie!

Lori, I really loved this tasty treat. I grilled the ciabatta, rubbed the garlic all over and thoroughly enjoyed it. Just the right amount of garlic, tomatoes, oil and salt. It was perfect, made for a very nice lunch. The only thing I did differently was to cut the bread thin rather than thick, personal preference only.
I can't believe how simple it was and with ingredients that I always have on hand. I'm already craving it again. Thank you so much for a recipe that I will make again and again. Made for Fearless Red Dragons - ZWT8 - Spain.
