Heat a pan. Meanwhile, arange cheddar slices on the bread and crumble blue cheese evenly over it. Once pan is hot, spray some olive oil on, top the sandwich with the remaining slice and place it into the pan.

Toast on one side for around a minute, or until cheese is melted and gooey. Flip, and add ham into the pan. After 30 seconds, open up the sandwich (still in the pan) and lay the ham on.

Add grapes to the pan, open side down. Turn off the heat and leave the sandwich and grapes there for around 45 seconds to a minute. When done, place the sandwich on a plate and grapes on top.
Made for PAC 2010. Excellent flavor. The directions are confusing, they were even to me. However, I knew exactly what you meant, but I can see where they would be very confusing for some. I sent this link to a friend who I knew who would love this sandwich - and she did. But she was totally lost with your directions. She made it her own way, but all the same ingredients. A champagne ham, you may want to mention what else can be used. I looked at 2 delis and 2 markets and no one had it. Green or red grapes, but have very different tastes. I used a mix, but using one or another can very much alter the tastes. Also explain a bit more how it should turn out. The flavor was good, but needs a bit more instruction for anyone who isn't a proficient cook to try. I think this would be very well liked, but needs a bit more explanation.
Also I used gorgonzola, because I am not a fan of stilton, but is a great cheese, but that really didn't alter the taste at all.
But the flavor was great, tasty and will make again.
Thx for posting.
