Quick and easy recipe. We loved the different seasonings. Thanks for posting this recipe.

We really loved this! I didn't change a blessed thing. Used chilean sea bass and broiled it (since it's snowing here) and we thought it was light, tasty and fabulous! I broil for about 7 minutes per side for a thick steak and increase the red pepper to a teaspoon. I used crushed red pepper flakes rather than ground red pepper. Will definitely make again!

I just purchased a beautiful piece of chilian sea bass. and found this great recipe to use. Wow, this is wonderful, I was so darn excited about the "blackened" seasonings, I rubbed the fish first and put back into the fridge for about 2 hours before grilling. I put some melted butter on as the recipe goes on, and re/did the seasoning. Result was a crusty, beautiful crust on the fish, and it was so flaky and delicious. This is the only fish I will eat, and it tasted so tender and so great, I will certainly be making this again. Thanks so much, Marie!

wonderful recipe. I served with a dill sauce and used halibut instead of bass as this was unavailable at my store. For photo challenge.

Best fish ever! Other than shellfish I'm not a huge seafood fan but we're trying to eat a little healthier. This far exceeded my expectations. Used Chilean Sea Bass from a local market. A little pricey but well worth it. Grilled for 8 minutes per side in a grill basket made for fish for easy turning. Excellent!

This was very good and very easy! I used the exact amounts of each ingredient on 1 pound of fresh sea bass that was 1 1/2 inches thick. It was cooked on the grill at 400 degrees for 8 minutes per side in a grill basket. It was lovely. It was very juicy and flavorful. We will have this again! Thank you, Marie!

Excellent recipe and so easy. I added a little extra ground red pepper because we like things spicy, but other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. I can't wait to make again.

Loved this recipe. Delicious. I agree that it doesn't get any easier to prepare than this! I did cook mine a little longer - but, hey - make it's just me! Thanks so much for a winner, Marie.
