- 680.38 g beef tenderloin
- 4.92 ml dried parsley
- 4.92 ml dried basil
- 4.92 ml black pepper
- 4.92 ml dried oregano
- 4.92 ml whole grain mustard
- 4.92 ml Dijon mustard
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml olive oil
directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Mix seasoning and coat the tenderloin.
- Sear the filet on 4 sides on a grill pan for 2 min each. Finish in oven for 6 more minutes for medium rare.

This turned out to taste wonderful! I kind of wondered about it, but the end results were perfection. Loved it. Normally I grill my steaks, but I'm trying to learn to cook them in other ways so I can enjoy during rainy times. I did cut the seasonings in half, but I cut my meat down to just under half. Results were extraordinarly good! Thanks for sharing.
