I got this recipe from Bon Appetit many years ago. Perfect for using up that last bit of red wine. Perfect for OMAC
- 1⁄2 cup red wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped (or 2 tsp dried)
- 2 large garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1⁄2 lbs top sirloin steaks
- Combine the ingredients for the marinade. Add the steak and marinate up to 3 days.
- Prepare grill.
- Grill steak until done to preference.
