  1. Split bananas lengthwise.
  2. Sprinkle each half with cinnamon and wrap in foil.
  3. Place foil-wrapped banana halves around the edge of the grill, about 5 to 6 inches from heat.
  4. Grill about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Yum! I loved these! I topped the bananas with cinnamon and cinnamon-maple sprinkle. My boyfriend and I had some miscommunication about how long these were supposed to stay on the grill so they were on there much longer than 5 minutes but they were still delicious...only a little dry around the edges :)

Very easy desert to put together, served it with ice cream for Hubby DH & I and soy ice cream for Little Miss (DD). Thank you Tammi1

Loved this! I put these on the grill with some chicken thighs and then had these as dessert. I served them with a dollop of fat free vanilla yogurt and it was a fabulous dessert that was guilt free. Even my banana hating 3 year old enjoyed it. I did however count it as 4 servings instead of 2 as we each had half a banana and felt that was plenty.
