This is a quick dessert recipe for when you want to impress your friends at a BBQ. Serve these bananas over pound cake or angel food cake, topped with ice cream!

Directions

  1. Slice each lenghtwise and then widthwise.
  2. Combine brown sugar with cinnamon and roll sliced bananas in mixture to coat.
  3. Heat grill and lightly oil grate.
  4. Grill bananas for about 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve over a bowl of ice cream and with sliced cake.
