This is a quick dessert recipe for when you want to impress your friends at a BBQ. Serve these bananas over pound cake or angel food cake, topped with ice cream!
- Slice each lenghtwise and then widthwise.
- Combine brown sugar with cinnamon and roll sliced bananas in mixture to coat.
- Heat grill and lightly oil grate.
- Grill bananas for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve over a bowl of ice cream and with sliced cake.
