Grilled Avocado Toast

Directions

  1. Combine olive oil and garlic.
  2. Cut bread diagonally into 1/2 inch slices.
  3. Brush each slice with oil.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet; broil or grill until golden, approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Top each slice with tomato, onion, avocado and cheese.
  6. Return to broiler for 5 to 10 minutes until avocados begin to blister and brown.
