  1. Just a fabby recipe!

  2. This was really good!! There is too much snow on the ground to get to my grill and grill pan is packed so I made this in a skillet. I put the avocado in and got a little bit of brown marking s and did the same with the bread. I used deli ham and had a block of parmesan cheese that I grated some slices off and added. Made for a nice light lunch. Made for Best of 2010 Cookbook Tag.

  3. Very good. I've never had a grilled ham sandwich with parmesan cheese, let alone avocado. I love all the ingredients separately...so how could I not love them together. Unfortunately for me I discovered too late that my avocado had gone bad...and since I was afraid eating it would make me sick...I ate the sandwich without it. It was terrific anyway and I will look forward to having it again WITH the avocado! Made for SPRING PAC 2010.

  4. Simple, delicious recipe that made a lovely lunch! the saltiness of the meat and cheese complemented the ceaminess and flavor of the avocado! I used a nice crusty french bread and it was perfect! I made this for Spring PAC 2010, thanks!
