I like to start off with this as an appetizer. It prepares and cooks quickly. I usually put all my vegetables on the edge of the grill that'll take a while to cook, and cook these in the middle before I put the meat on. It's a great finger food, and even people who don't like asparagus will love this.
- Wash asparagus and break off any brown or tough bottoms of the stalk.
- Drizzle in olive oil, coat with creole seasoning to taste.
- Grill for 5 minutes or so, until tender. Cook longer if you like it crispier.
made this with some jane's mixed up salt and pepper as the seasoning...so yummy
Super easy and really good. It's my husband's "new favorite thing". Just did it for lunch and I'll have to go out or more asparagus for supper.
