- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 2 -3 apples, cored & cut into rings
- Mix together marinade of all but apples. Grill apples 10 minutes, basting with marinade.
