ingredients
- 59.14 ml rolled oats
- 29.57 ml natural bran
- 29.57 ml mixed dried fruit
- 29.57 29.57 ml peanuts or 29.57 ml walnuts
- 29.57 ml sunflower seeds
- 118.29 ml milk, to cover
- 59.14 ml plain yogurt
- 4.92 ml honey
- 0 small banana
directions
- Mix rolled oats, bran, mixed dried fruit, almonds, peanuts, walnuts and sunflower in to a small breakfast bowl.
- Add the milk.
- top with banana, and yogurt, drizzle over honey and serve.
- Hint: if you feel more hungry, you can make a bigger bowl of cereal by upping the amount ingredients.
