"This is a breakfast i have been developing every morning for the last three months, and i never get sick of it. I love to wake up and eat this every morning. all it is, is a healthier faster more tasty alternative to bland old shop bought breakfast cereals. If, however you do start to get sick of it, simply use different nuts, or different mixed dried fruit or even different flavored yogurt, its up to you!"

  • Mix rolled oats, bran, mixed dried fruit, almonds, peanuts, walnuts and sunflower in to a small breakfast bowl.
  • Add the milk.
  • top with banana, and yogurt, drizzle over honey and serve.
  • Hint: if you feel more hungry, you can make a bigger bowl of cereal by upping the amount ingredients.
