I would rate this 2.5 stars if I could. DH and I found the dressing to be way too tangy for our tastes. But it does have potential.people found this review Helpful. I needed a dressing for a salad for tonights dinner and found this dressing and made it for the salad. Wow...so easy and so simple and syet so wonderful! I made the dressing with 1 tablespoon of balsamic and 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar, and everything was exactly as per recipe. Great flabour and it went so very well with the salad I had prepared (which except for the the mushrooms was so similar to the salad in this recipe.) I served the dressing alone in a small glass jug as not all the family like dressing, but to my amazement every added it to their salad! This is a great, quick, easy and wonderfully tasty dressing Derf! Thank You...will be making again for a dressing.people found this review Helpful.
