Greens Plus Smoothie (Vita-Mix)

"After only a week with my Vita-Mix blender, I am becoming quite adventurous with what I put into my green breakfast smoothie. If sweet fruit can cover up the bitterness of kale and cabbage, why not throw a few other veggies in too? This is a great way to use up leftover raw or steamed vegetables from other recipes."

  • Add ingredients as listed.
  • Turn on Vita-Mix or other high-powered blender at Variable speed 1 and quickly increase to Variable speed 10.
  • Switch to High and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
