ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butternut squash, steamed
- 1⁄2 cup zucchini or 1/2 cup summer squash
- 1⁄2 cup cucumber
- 1⁄2 cup kale, roughly chopped
- 1⁄2 cup cantaloupe
- 1⁄4 cup raspberries
- 1⁄4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1⁄4 cup banana, frozen
- 1⁄2 kiwi
- 1 tablespoon old fashioned oats
- 1 whole almond
- 1 stevia, packet
- 1⁄2 cup cold water
- 4 ice cubes
directions
- Add ingredients as listed.
- Turn on Vita-Mix or other high-powered blender at Variable speed 1 and quickly increase to Variable speed 10.
- Switch to High and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until smooth.
- Enjoy!
