  • Cook bulghur.
  • Cook greens.
  • Heat olive oil, saute garlic for 2 minutes. Stir in greens and bulghur. Add salt and pepper. Stir in parmesan cheese. Remove from heat.
  • Put half of greens mixture in 1.5 quart casserole. Top with mozzarella cheese. Finish with remaining greens.
  • Top with bread crumbs.
  • Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
