  1. Combine tomatoes and salt. Let stand overnight and then drain.
  2. In a large sauce pot combine the sugar, vinegar, seasoning, and onions.
  3. Bring to a boil, simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes and peppers to pot, simmer another 5 minutes.
  5. Bottle and seal to preserve.
