Directions

  1. grind all the vegetables.
  2. put in a large kettle.
  3. bring to a boil.
  4. with the water,spices ,vinegar ,salt and sugar
  5. cook down for one hour adding water as needed.
  6. add lemon juice at very end.
  7. pour into hot jars and seal.
