  1. This is really worth a sky of stars! Giving you only 5 is breaking my heart, but that's the max., so I have no choice, but let me tell you, I have a total dislike for green tea, but this green tea sherbet is so delicious, that it has now made me change my mind. It is beautiful! I would call it an "Elixir of life"! I can now be free of tension as to how I'd use up my green tea box ;) Thank you for sharing this recipe:)

  2. delicious. I used 5 green tea bags instead of real tea leaves, and added 1 cup milk to make it more creamy and reduced the sugar to a scant 2/3 cup. Came out wonderful, fresh and perfect for a hot summer day. Thanks

  3. Yummy! I really enjoyed this! Just the right blend of flavors. I did use Splenda, so reduced to 2/3 cup. Delicious! Thank you for posting! I will make this often!!! Made for Comfort Cafe 09

  4. I googled 'green tea sorbet' to find the ratio of tea to water to make this for a luncheon I was hosting (I used it as a pallette cleanser like the other poster). The only difference was that I used a scant 3/4 c. sugar, instead of the amount in the recipe. Everyone loved it! Very refreshing.

  5. I used this for ice blocks. The kids and I all love it and it was very quick and easy to make up.
