I had whipping cream left from making White Chocolate Mousse White Chocolate Mousse, and I made up this simple green tea mousse. It can be eaten plain, on top of puddings, or cakes. Very pretty and peaceful green!
- Whip the cream until bubbles start to form.
- Add in green tea powder.
- Add in sugar or sugar substitute.
- A beautiful green will appear, and enjoy!
