I had whipping cream left from making White Chocolate Mousse White Chocolate Mousse, and I made up this simple green tea mousse. It can be eaten plain, on top of puddings, or cakes. Very pretty and peaceful green!

  1. Whip the cream until bubbles start to form.
  2. Add in green tea powder.
  3. Add in sugar or sugar substitute.
  4. A beautiful green will appear, and enjoy!
