I love the lavender and also added Vitamin E to mine, and only made 1 ounce. Next time I'll make it with tea tree oil instead of the lavender for my acne. It smells nice and feels refreshing, but it absorbs quickly and doesn't seem to do much for my skin.

Smells lovely. I did have to omit the aloe vera gel, as I am alergic. But sprayed my face at bedtime, and loved the fresh feeling. Thnx for sharing, Chef Petra. Made for Comfort Cafe Snow Queen Chalet Jan 2010.

Lovely nice to do before bed. relaxing and soothing. You do have to stir well the aloe likes to stay gelled. A great way to get antioxidant properties on your face.

Great way to start my day! I made a batch of this and am storing it in my fridge. It feels very spa-like and smells fantastic. Made for Comfort Cafe-Snow Queen Round 2010.

A simple but refreshing facial treatment! When I first sprayed it on, I felt a pleasant, brief -- but noticeable -- astringency; it seems to have done something nice for my skin, since it ended up making my face feel quite soft. I wouldn't use this too many times in one day, at least not at first (maybe that's just me -- I have sensitive skin)...but I think perhaps once in the morning and once at night before going to bed would be perfect. I'll be very interested to see how my skin feels after using up the entire batch. Thanks for sharing!
