  • 1 banana
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 14 cup yogurt
  • 1 small handful whole almond (my use almond milk instead of water and omit)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 12 tablespoons organic unrefined coconut oil (don't omit, it makes it a smooth consistency)
  • 2 34 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla

Directions

  1. Blend it up.

Tasty! Love the vibrant color and the banana. The almonds were chunky so I found myself stopping to chew with drinking the smoothie. Used fresh picked spinach and Swiss chard. Thanks!
