    Ingredients:

    Serves: 2

    Yield:

    Units: US | Metric

    • 1 banana
    • 4 ice cubes
    • 1/4 cup yogurt
    • 1 small handful whole almond (my use almond milk instead of water and omit)
    • 1 cup water
    • 2 1/2 tablespoons organic unrefined coconut oil (don't omit, it makes it a smooth consistency)
    • 2 3/4 cups baby spinach leaves
    • 1 tablespoon raw honey
    • 1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla

    Directions:

      Tasty! Love the vibrant color and the banana. The almonds were chunky so I found myself stopping to chew with drinking the smoothie. Used fresh picked spinach and Swiss chard. Thanks!
