This is great with grilled salmon or any of your other favorite grilled fish.

  1. In small bowl, blend oil, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper until well mixed.
  2. In food processor or blender, process basil, dill and parsley until minced. Add spinach; process until pureed and smooth. Add yogurt.
  3. With machine running, gradually add oil mixture; process until thick mayonnaise consistency.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Serve over grilled fish.
