Very light and tasty salad.
- 1 (10 ounce) package romaine lettuce, salad
- 1 cup refrigerated mango, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup sliced red onion
- 1⁄3 cup fat free balsamic vinaigrette
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss with vinaigrette.
How healthy, easy, and quick was this recipe. I used young greens from my garden, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
