- 29.58 ml store-bought vinaigrette dressing
- 1.23 ml chili powder
- 1.23 ml ground cumin
- 141.74 g bag pre-washed baby greens, with fresh herbs
- 29.58 ml raw pumpkin seeds or 29.58 ml shelled toasted pumpkin seeds
directions
- Coarsely chop the pepper slices.
- In a large bowl, stir the chopped pepper, vinaigrette, chili powder, and cumin until blended.
- Add the salad greens and pumpkin seeds.
- Place the bowl on the table, with 4 salad plates.
