Healthy green salad.
- 1 head butter lettuce or 1 head red leaf lettuce
- 1 cup arugula, coarsley chopped (optional)
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hunza salt
- fresh ground pepper
- Wash and dry lettuce and break into bite size peices.
- Combine the lettuce together in a bowl.
- Add oil, and toss well.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss gently.
