  1. just like mine except for the fact that i use a little crushed garlic and ond onion slices. Its quick and easy and tasty and on top of rice feeds more than you think.

  2. This is good and easy. I added garlic and ginger. No noodles or rice for me. Great with a salad.

  3. Very good! I would suggest cooking the meat till tender before adding in the peppers and starch. Mine cooked to pieces before the round steak was tender. I will make again. Thanks for posting!

  4. This is my new favourite dinner. We have this more often than we probably should, but it is just so good. I use stir fry steak sometimes, I have also added beef broth and left over roast beef gravy. Either way this always turns out great. Thanks for giving us a yummy dinner.

  5. I tried this recipe because I wanted to use a green pepper that I had. This dish is really good. Thanks!

I'm Native American and live on a reserve. I love any thing that has to do with food from recipe collecting to grocery shopping. I'll try just about any food once. Right now I work in a sports store so when I'm not busy I'm always here on the Zaar.I have a lot of cookbooks that I've collected over the years but I don't use them much anymore because I'd rather do recipes here!
