Green Onion Potato Cakes #5FIX

"5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. The green onion really makes these potato cakes pop and adds a nice touch of color. These are fantastic served as a side dish with pork chops or ham. Also yummy for breakfast, served with eggs and bacon or sausage."
