This is the easiest recipe ever! It's so addictive too. Great for potlucks, buffets, etc. It literally takes minutes to make, but does need a couple hours to chill. Cook time is chill time.
- Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
- Mix olives and cream cheese together.
- Chill for two hours minimum.
- Serve with crackers, pita chips, whatever you like!
My mom made this all the time for the holidays when I was growing up. We love it on bread as a sandwich but our favorite is to spread it on celery sticks just like you would peanut butter...mmmmhhmmmm good! I can't do Thanksgiving or Christmas without it!
Well, how easy is this and yet so flavorful. We are big olive fans and this was right up our alley...the cream cheese and green olives go perfectly together.
