My take on the popular "Green Monster" smoothie. Delicious, healthy, and low in calories! I love drinking this after a long jog.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 3 cups raw Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 14 cup sugar-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the order listed above into a blender, and blend until smooth.

Creamy, cold & green. I made this healthier by using homemade almond milk, Balkan yogurt and alcohol free vanilla, no optional. I would make this again the same way.
