My take on the popular "Green Monster" smoothie. Delicious, healthy, and low in calories! I love drinking this after a long jog.
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 3 cups raw Baby Spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1⁄4 cup sugar-free vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute (optional)
