Tasty!! You can use all mango and eliminate the bananas if you want to do so.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix eggs, mango and bananas together on low speed.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a different bowl.
  4. Blend dry into wet.
  5. Pour into loaf pans that have been greased and floured. (I just use silicone instead).
  6. Bake 1 hour.
