I used an 8oz carton of Cool Whip, a 16 oz carton of cottage cheese, a small pkg of jello and half of a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple. I let the jello mixture cool for 10 minutes before mixing in the Cool Whip and cottage cheese. Turned out great! Thanks!
I always make this every Christmas, it's a family favorite! (Minus the pecans)
It was good but I think I would make a few changes.... starting with amounts. I didn't read the reviews so I just went with my judgement. Next time I think I will take MizzNezz's suggestions.
This recipe was not nearly as good as my Sunshine salad. No one in my family really cared for this recipe. It is one that I will NOT be keeping.
Yummy and easy! I took it to a pot luck at work and it was scarfed up in a hurry. A co-worker called it Heavenly Hash. I'm going to make this one again and again.
