A drink from the bar The Golf Club Bar at Poste de Flacq from Maurice Island. Taken in a book.
- 1 1⁄2 ounces vodka
- 1⁄2 ounce Midori melon liqueur
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 dash sugar syrup
- 1 slice lemon
- Pour ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain in a highball glass on ice.
- Squeeze the lemon slice above the drink, then let drop in it and serve with straws.

I love pineapple and midori together, but this was a bit too tart for us. I added some extra simple syrup which helped. Thanks Boomie! Made for ZWT 4.
This is a nice tart drink, it was a little too tart for me at first but I added a dash of lemonade to sweeten it and it was lovely served over ice. Thanks Boomie!
